2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are in INR and may change without notice.

  • Payments must be made via approved methods (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors or fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping charges apply as per our shipping policy.

  • Customers will receive tracking updates via Shipway.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our branding, packaging, and content cannot be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase amount.
